Past Puzzles: Your Daily Archive Is Here

If you've ever finished a CrossEights Daily puzzle and immediately wanted to go back for more, we've got good news. Past Puzzles is now live.

What is Past Puzzles?

Every day, we publish a new daily puzzle for CrossEights Daily. With Past Puzzles, you can now browse previous daily puzzles and play them anytime.

  • View the calendar by month
  • See which puzzles you've already completed
  • Jump in and solve any puzzle you missed

Why we built it

Daily puzzles are a ritual. But life happens. Maybe you missed Tuesday's puzzle because of a meeting, or you joined the game on Friday and wished you could catch up on the week. Past Puzzles removes the pressure of the daily timer and lets you work through older puzzles at your own pace.

It also means there's always a fresh puzzle waiting for you, even if you've already solved today's.

How it works

Head to the Past Puzzles page. Each day shows a puzzle card. If you've already completed it, you'll see a mark on the card. If not, tap it to start solving.

When you play a past puzzle, you still get the full experience: scoring, hints, and the post-solve breakdown. The only difference is that the on-time leaderboard and daily streak are tied to the original release day, so late completions are recorded for you, but not counted against that day's competitive results.

What's coming next

This is just the first version of the archive. We're already thinking about filters, streak stats, and better ways to see your progress over time.

In the meantime, happy solving. Go pick a day you missed and give it a shot.
